Property rules 

1. Identification and Payment

• Host Identification: The host's identification details will be recorded and shared with the local police station as per KYC regulations and state laws.
• Payment and Caution Deposit: Upon arrival at the farmhouse, guests must pay the balance rental amount and also deposit a refundable caution deposit amount of 20% of the total rental amount. This deposit amount will be refunded on vacation of the farmhouse, subject to deductions for damages, if any, to the property and fittings during the stay at the farmhouse.

  2.  Handling of Farmhouse Property

• Handle the property and its surroundings with care. Report any damages or issues to the management promptly.Any damages to the farmhouse property and fittings will be accounted to the guests. Open flames or bonfires are not allowed unless explicitly permitted.

3. Swimming Pool and Recreational Areas

• NO GLASS ITEMS OR FOOD INSIDE THE POOL
• SWIMSUIT IS MUST FOR SWIMMING
• No Diving: To ensure safety, diving is strictly prohibited in the swimming pool.
• Shower Before Entry: Guests must shower before using the pool to maintain hygiene.
• Food & Drinks: Not allowed in the poolside to maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
• Health Restrictions: Guests with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious diseases are not permitted in the pool.
• Supervision of Children: Guests should ensure children's safety and responsibility at the pool. An adult must supervise children in or near the pool area at all times for their safety.

4. Alcohol Consumption and Illegal Activities

• Smoking Restrictions: Smoking inside rooms and pool areas is prohibited. A fine of INR 2,000 will be imposed for violations.
• Alcohol Consumption Regulations: Alcohol consumption must comply with the Telangana State Excise Act and Prohibition Act. A valid permit is required, and guests must obtain the permit from the local excise department and adhere to Telangana State Excise Act and Prohibition Act and State Laws. 
•  Age Restriction: Consumption by guests below the legal drinking age (21 years in India) is strictly prohibited.
•  Prohibited Substances and Activities: Illegal drugs, hookah, and gambling are not permitted on the entire premises. Any such illegal activities will result in immediate eviction from the farmhouse, passing the information to the local police station, and potential legal action.

5. Noise Levels

• Dis are not allowed at the farmhouse.
• Loud music is prohibited after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

6. Pets

• Pets may be allowed, subject to prior approval from the farmhouse owner. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring that their pets do not disturb or bite other guests at the farmhouse.
• These rules are not exhaustive and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the farmhouse owner or designated occupant/manager to provide a conducive, safe, and enjoyable experience for the guests at the farmhouse.
