Spiti Valley Winter Trip Itinerary
Day 0 – Delhi to Shimla
Departure from Delhi by 08:30 PM and reach Shimla the next morning.
Day 1 – Reach Shimla and transfer to Kalpa
Breakfast and freshen up.
Drive through Kufri, Narkanda along the Indo-Tibetan highway on the way to Kalpa.
Reach Kalpa by evening.
Dinner and Overnight stay at Kalpa.
Day 2 – Kalpa To Kaza Via Nako – Tabo – Ka Loops
Wake up early morning & after breakfast start your journey to Spiti Valley. Enter Spiti valley through Sumdo Border. Visit Nako Tabo villages en route Kaza.
Cross the Ka loops en route Kaza.
Reach Kaza by evening.
Check-in to the hotel/campsite.
Dinner & overnight stay at Kaza.
Day 3 – Kaza to Key Monastery, Chicham Bridge, Hikkim, Komik & Langza and back to Kaza
Wake up early morning and after having the breakfast, head for Spiti Valley divine sightseeing.
Visit the most scenic monastery of Spiti Valley – The Key Monastery.
Further, drive to the highest suspension bridge in Asia – The Chicham Bridge.
Visit the iconic villages of Spiti – Hikkim(location of the World’s Highest Post Office), Komik(the highest village in the world connected through a motorable road) & Langza(the site for the holy Buddha Statue)
Come back to Kaza by evening.
Dinner and overnight stay at Kaza.
Day 4 – Kaza to Pin Valley and back to Kaza
Wake up early morning and after having the breakfast, head towards Pin Valley
Enjoy the scenic drive to Pin Valley
Visit the Tailing hanging bridge and drive further to Mudh Village
Come back to Kaza by evening.
Dinner and overnight stay at Kaza.
Day 5 – Kaza to Kalpa
Wake up early morning and after breakfast check-out of the hotel.
Depart for the Kalpa.
Reach Kalpa by Night
Check-in to the hotel.
Dinner and Overnight stay at Kalpa.
Day 6 – Kalpa to Chitkul
After having breakfast and some leisure, check-out of the hotel.
Make a visit to the famous Cliff Point of Kalpa at Roghi village
Depart for Chitkul, the last Indian village towards China border and experience another white wonderland.
Dinner & overnight stay at Chitkul.
Day 7 – Chitkul to Shimla and Departure for Delhi
Wake up early morning and after breakfast depart for Shimla.
Reach Shimla by evening.
Depart for Delhi.
Overnight journey to Delhi.
Day 8 – Arrival at Delhi
Reach Delhi morning around 08:00 AM
And trip ends here, catch your bus/flight/train back for home.
