1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1.1 Cancellation Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy for all bookings. Once a reservation is confirmed, no
refunds will be entertained under any circumstances, including cancellations due to
personal, medical, weather-related, or logistical reasons.
However, customers may reschedule their booking to a future available date, subject to:
o At least 48 hours’ notice before the original travel date.
o Availability on the requested rescheduled date.
o Tour/package must be of the same or higher value, with fare difference paid by the
customer.
o One-time rescheduling only, valid within 3 months of the original date.
1.2 Special Considerations
Exceptions may be granted only at our sole discretion under extreme circumstances (e.g.,
natural disasters or government restrictions).
Disclaimer for Customers No Hookahs or Smoking Indoors or in Room : Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing hookahs or smoking inside the rooms. Please use designated smoking areas only.
No Harmful Weapons: Carrying any harmful weapons is strictly forbidden on the premises. Management Not Responsible for Missing Items: The management is not responsible for any lost or missing items. Please keep your belongings secure.
No Drugs: The possession or use of any illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Compliance with Rules: Anyone found violating these rules will be asked to leave the resort immediately, without a refund. By participating in this camping event, you agree to adhere to these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

1. Adventure Attire Requirement
Our camping experience involves adventure activities. We strongly recommend wearing
sports attire, especially sports shoes, for comfort and safety.
2. Punctuality & Entry Timing
To enjoy the full range of activities, participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before the
scheduled start time. Late arrivals may miss meals or activities, as per the fixed itinerary.
3. Missed Activities or Meals
No compensation or rescheduling will be provided for any activities or meals missed due to
late arrival, regardless of the reason.
4. Non-Operational Activities
In case any activity is unavailable due to technical or safety concerns, it will neither be
substituted nor compensated.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Infinite Adventure Club is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any guest
resulting from personal negligence or actions by third parties.
6. Code of Conduct & Security
Entry may be denied or revoked for individuals violating camp rules, engaging in illegal
activities, or failing to comply with safety or security protocols.
7. Parking Policy
Parking is provided free of charge at a designated area. However, vehicles are parked at the
owner's risk. No vehicle access is permitted near the camping tents from the parking zone.
